Paris Hilton Pleads Guilty For Cocaine Possession, Avoids Jail Time By Cutting A Deal

In late August, Paris Hilton was arrested for possession of cocaine at Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. A car in which Paris was a passenger was stopped, with police finding 0.8g of cocaine in the bag she was carrying. Paris claimed the purse the baggie of coke fell out of was not hers but of course no one believed her because she is a lying whore. So Paris Hilton was arrested for possession of cocaine in Las Vegas on August 27th and she was facing up to four years in jail if convicted on all charges. And since she absolutely did it, going to court to fight it would not be the greatest of ideas. So yesterday she plead guilty in a deal that avoids all jail time. TMZ report:

Paris just fessed up to misdemeanor drug possession and obstructing an officer -- and in exchange she must pay $2,000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and complete an "intensive" substance abuse program. She will also be on probation for one year.

The judge informed Paris that she has been given a one year suspended sentence -- which means if she is arrested for anything other than a minor traffic violation, she will spend 1 year behind bars.

The judge then warned Hilton, "The Clark County Detention Center is not the Waldorf Astoria."

So the hotel heiress narrowly avoided jail after being given a one-year, suspended sentence after she pleaded guilty to drug possession and obstructing a police officer. Some people complain that drugs are illegal in this country, but from what I can tell they are not illegal at all. These Hollywood celebrities get arrested all the time but no one ever goes to jail. "I know Ms Hilton is contrite and accepts the responsibility for her actions," her lawyer David Chesnoff said following the trial. "She was treated like anybody else would be treated under the circumstances." LOL... What a joke? Since she was arrested until now many people have been waiting in jail cells in Vegas for the same crimes as her. Paris Hilton hide cocaine and ecstasy in her vagina to sneak past airport security when traveling, according to a new book. And also according to common sense since she is a such a lady. It just seems like something her WHITE TRASH ass would do. The book was written by former "Girls Gone Wild" cameraman Ryan Simkin, and he claims "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis once had him deliver cocaine to Hilton during a photoshoot for Seventeen magazine. GGW head honcho Joe Francis is currently trying to block the release of the tell-all book "FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild" written by one of his former employees, Ryan Simkin. But Simikin seems not too worried about the lawsuit and is releasing excerpts from the book. The most recent one being about how Paris Hilton smuggled ecstasy and coke in her vagina to France. This allegation arrives on the heels of Paris Hilton being arrested two weeks ago for possession of cocaine in Las Vegas.

Simkin says when Joe Francis was dating Paris Hilton, he wanted twenty hits of ecstasy and four 8-balls of cocaine to give to Paris to smuggle on the plane. And this incident was all before she went to jail so she didn't pick up this lowlife drug mule behavior behind bars! Her parents should be proud that she keeps her controlled substances out of direct sunlight and nestled away in her own uniquely-feminine dope den. According the latest excerpt via Gawker:

Well, first he needed me to go to the office and get a check from Michael, the controller, for the money; then I needed to go buy the shit and get it to Paris before her flight. I asked how the hell she was going to get all of that out of the country on a plane, and he said not to worry about it, that she would handle it.

…I enlisted my roommate to help me out, and he reluctantly agreed. She was down in Culver City at Smashbox studios, which was about a 40 minute drive for us. We sucked it up and made the drive. We pulled into the parking lot, and as we got out, we could see Paparazzi camped out across the street, just waiting for her to leave. We walked in, and she was right there, in mid photo shoot, wearing a nice little sun dress and holding her dog. I knew her from Mardi Gras and from seeing her out a couple times, so she waved at me when I walked in.

She asked me if it was any trouble getting it, and I told her not really. I took out the Camel box and handed it to her, and she thanked me. We talked for a minute or two about the apparent difficulty of procuring those drugs in Europe. I asked if she was flying private, and she said, “No, commercial.” And then as politely as I could, I asked her how she planned on traveling with that amount of blow and X. She held the box in her right hand, and then with an underhand swoop like a lower case J, she demonstrated exactly how she intended to beat airport security. She even whistled as she did it. I should be amazed Paris can fit a whole Camel cigarette box into her vagina but I am not really. The only part I don't believe is that this whore is tight enough to keep a single cigarette box inside of her. I sort of expected that her vag would be able to fit two cigarette boxes full of cocaine and ecstasy. I am pretty sure there would even be enough room leftover in there for an iPod and a bong.
